I contacted them back in December to cancel my subscription via their website portal. I never heard back even though the message says someone will be in contact . I am unable to login in to cancel online. I have tried to call 2x and the wait times are unbelievably long. Resolution Sought Refund my money and cancel the subscription.

Company states; 2. The customer you reference - Mr. Philippe called into our customer support center, and as a courtesy was refunded for 2 charges and had their subscription cancelled. Since the attached letter is the first correspondence is the first I've received, I do not know what the nature of their complaint with your organization is, or why you would even be involved. Their complaint was more than fairly handled on the original contact, and they were directed to contact their bank if there was any other assistance they needed trying to dispute their VALID charges.
