Signage posted on 7/3 in front of my home to not park from 7/3 - 7/17. Today is 7/8 and no work has been done. I've made several attempts to speak with someone to no avail. This is a huge inconvenience for my family and my neighbors of which some are seniors. I've contacted Peoples Gas several times and receive the same scripted message. Resolution Sought Perform the work or remove the signs so we can park on our street for which we pay taxes for.

I received a disconnection notice in April. I went and applied for ceda. I was denied because peoples gas deliberately told ceda that I did not have a disconnection notice. I received another disconnection notice on 5.20.24 to have my gas disconnected on 5 24.24. I immediately contacted ceda they said it takes 5 days to review. I contacted peoples gas and was told it was not their problem and nothing could be done despite the fact that they deliberately told ceda there was never a disconnection notice when their was. Resolution Sought Stop fabricating information and discriminating against black low income families. Do not disconnect my gas due to peoples gas error.
