Since August I've been trying to get gas service turned on. They Started the account but never cut on the service. I also received a bill as if I'm getting service when I'm not. Here it is October still no hot water or gas and I have a new born baby here. Resolution Sought I just want my service on. It's cold my kids are suffering

Me and my mom called peoples gas due to our services being shut off....we was not home a lot to check the mail that I truly believe we have not received. My uncle in which was my mother's brother (my uncle)was murdered the same day they sent the bill we still have not received. We talked to a representative that had misinformed us about helping us with this situation, he said hold on and the phone lines were disconnected. We called back just to be given apologies for the death of my brother and the misinformation. We can make a payment but not of that amount. Can you all please help us understand what happened with the misinformation. Resolution Sought Reconnect our service...we are not getting mail here like we supposed to.
