I started a payment arrangement with People's Gas Account Number 061388641500001 where they illegally cancelled my arrangement. Even after I made the initial payment. Resolution Sought I want my payment arrangement reinstated without any additional monies owed except what is due on the bill

I have a complaint towards people's gas company. I was charged with a bill of $482.00 to my account. I have always paid my bill on time and I don't have a track record of owning any massive amount of money to the gas company. The highest bill I have had from people's gas was $137.00 I was charged the $482.00 to a false account in my name with the same address and apt. The only way I can pull up my account is with the last four digits of my ssi number. I live alone and I work overnight plus I have an electric heater in my home so I don't use massive amounts of gas. My original account number since September 20 20 is #0623840030-00001 the account number with my name on it is 0611986956-00003 which belongs to the first floor apartment. Resolution Sought Erase the debt from my account and issue me a new account number.
