Terrible wifi service. They tell some people that it is atmospheric interference and some connection issues. Will not compensate for no service at times. Please help. Resolution Sought To provide the service that I pay for.

Hello, we are experiencing Tropospheric Ducting on our LTE 2.5 technology. We do have many customers that may have different technology types not affected by these atmospheric conditions. We are offering credit for the interference caused by the Tropospheric ducting although there is not anything we can do to resolve these issues.
