I received my tax refund on Aug 7 2024 the bank released a percentage of my return but has kept the rest in the checking account and won't release it to me they have frozen the account where I can't withdraw or deposit money from either my checking account or savings account. They have told me that they need to verify the funds, that they are contacting the IRS and waiting for a call back since I was at potential scam and or potential fraud which none of it was confirmed. I need my refund they are keeping me from basic survival needs like food gas beverage and so on. Resolution Sought I want my money today or by tomorrow Aug 28 2024 and to be done with this bank I have submitted everything asked and then some I had submitted My tax transcript and my tax account to them there is no reason for them doing this. I even came with a cop last week this is beyond exhausted and stressed I'm calling the police station to have get another officer come into the bank with me now
