Always get a second opinion and beware of what they tell you!

I had, up until this point, had totally fine experiences here. And bought a new set of tires from them just over a year ago. I went in for a routine tire repair and was told I had 2 tires that needed repair and likely wouldn't hold the repairs and the other 2 were almost bald. I only had 30,000 miles on 40,000 mile tires they sold me. They told me I needed a whole new set of tires. I decided to go else where to look for a new set since that simply did not make sense. I just went for a routine oil change at a Jiffy Lube and was told all of my tires tread were great and that only one tire had been repaired. Meaning I was lied to about one tire in need of repair and about the 2 that were "bald". Most likely because I'm a woman and an easy target in their eyes. Always get a second opinion and beware of what they tell you! So glad Jiffy lube was able to help. My tire repair was at least covered under the tire warranty from buying it from them. Thank goodness I did not purchase more tires from them. I'm not looking for any monetary reimbursement. But looking at reviews from them it seems like this is a typical thing they do to women to try to get them to buy products. They don't actually need. I don't know steps of action that could be taken against business like this, but something needs to happen.

unwilling to Apologize for a negligent act that could have ruined my vehicle

I had my wife go to pep boys to get a oil change and the radiator flushed I noticed the vehicle wasn't heating up . Upon checking they never got all the air out of the Radiator and I had to add over a gallon of Coolant to the vehicle to have enough Coolant to properly circulate this could have ruined the vehicle in this weather when I reached out to the bigness they sed well we can give you a gallon of Coolant to Compensate you for the inconvenience unwilling to Apologize for a negligent act that could have ruined my vehicle
