They cut all my sewer pipes. They broke outside lights 2 of them. The damaged siding by removing old deck away with A Bobcat machine instead of using saw to cut nails and in doing so damaged siding and was allot Them removed a Pavillion. They cut it off and damaged the gutter system and facia system. The installed a tie down system and crushed the ductwork. I let them know by text and they will not respond to me. When they cut sewer pipes out they took them and also the bottom rails for the skirting. The Propane line is missing. I had asked for receipts for work that I paid for verbally and in text . They never gave me receipts yet. Their driver took out the stop sign at the Mobile Home Park and is a violation of law .I told them and sent pictures and they did not attempt to correct. I have pictures of damage and proof. Their name is on the Building Permit. That is proof They moved the mobile home and set it up. I paid 2000 to move. I paid 2500 for footers. I paid 1500 to set the Mobile Home up and never got a receipt yet!! I asked the verbally and in text. They also lost a black shutter 14 x 80. Also 12 inch metal takeoff from ductwork, also dragged the water line hookup in dirt. Needs to be replaced. I have witnesses and pictures of damage. Also their driver hit a phone jack system at The Mobile home park in Bethel Pa. Resolution Sought Money returned that I paid plus money for damage to mobile home. This is what they do professionally and the damaged they caused. They also should lose their license.

Company states; We were in business for 15 years moving and setting mobile homes. We have100's of happy customers. Some just don't realize you can't have sewer pipes dragging on the road. Some expect us to renovate their used home after we move it, but we don't, he told us the deck will be removed and it wasn't. We have more work than we can handle, so we don't have to work for people like this. He wanted it done ASAP, so I did it for him on Saturday. Instead of a thank you, I got this letter.

Yeah it sucks. But unfortunately I don't know if there is a resolve besides warning others/reporting it. This happened to me in 2020. Many other parks won't use him either. This is about other damage Pequea done !! Persons name is Brandon Chadwick! They lied about Deck It was ripped off doing extensive damage all they had to do is cut some nails them remove deck ! They never communicated with me on nothing and I havee text proof I see they did not challenge another damage because they know what they did I have proof of duct damage pics sent to Dwayne Horst of Pa. Commonwealth Codes Also from owner of Trailerr Park Terresa Locke The Meadows of Bethel Pa. I stand what I originally stated. No communication cut wires Damaged home Ripped off the Propane lines in which is very dangerous ! They should lose thier license!
