I had a water leak. I hired Brandon Mcmichael, the owner of Perfect Fit to fix the problem. I had an ongoing problem with water leaking outside where the bottom of brick wall and carport meet. I won't know positively whether the leak I referred to earlier is actually fixed or not until I receive next month's water bill, but I don't see the meter doing anything crazy , so I'll assume for now that it's fixed. He made me pay him $400.00 before he ever did any kind of work. He and four other people were there everyday for a week trying to figure out why, when I was clothes, water leaks on carport and where the leak is coming from. Everyday, he wanted more money until he had 1500.00 for doing nothing but creating a bigger mess. He took money from me to pay the four people who did nothing but stand around outside and smoke. The last day he was there, he was supposed to get in touch with me about what was going to be done to fix my issue. He never did so I called him. He didn't answer. I sent a msg. Asking him to call or text me. I waited a sufficient amount of time for him to respond. It was getting too late to call someone. That's how long I waited. I eventually just sent a msg. Stating that he could just give me half of the last $500 I paid him back and I'd find a qualified plumber to fix the issue. Never heard from him again. Resolution Sought I want $800.00 of what I paid back. The $700.00 remaining dollars is still way too much for the work he didn't do to begin with.
