On September 4,2022 a huge oak tree fell on my house damaging the back part of my house. The air conditioner the I have had since 2018 was a part of the things damaged. I call the company they sent a technician out after checking the system he said it couldn't be repaired and that I would have to get another and would send information to the insurance company. The problem is the information the insurance got was it could be repaired so they sent me money to pay for the repairs . So now I a m paying for two units which I can't afford to do. Resolution Sought I would the old unit paid off , because it's unfair and I am not able to pay for two units.

Company states; Ms. Breeding was presented various optioins with regard to her AC. Attached is a copy (upon request) of the invoice with Ms. Breeding's signature, amount the lender with the lenght of payments, percentage rate and the reimbursement. Perfect Service does not work with insurance companies, we deal directlywith the customer. Thank you,
