I was from out of town and signed up to be apart of a special one year anniversary one piece tournament on Sunday Dec 17, 2023. Again being from out of town I didn't know they were closed at that time. So we went over there to not get any help. We were told that the system that the tournament was on glitched. They were informed by regulars of the store well in advanced that it was glitched and failed to notify me or update the posting on the app Resolution Sought Please offer some type of inconvenience consultation pack or something. Although I was upset about not doing the tournament, they did not even want to give some consultation packs or anything as a apology for the mistake on their part. We even offered to pay for the special pro deal/ promo packs to no avail. They were very un- empathetic and not helpful at all.
