Never sent our paperwork to assurant gap for our refund..it's happened twice now since August of 2021..this was going to be money for our bills and Christmas....I called performance today again and Trinia is out of the office sick and will maybe be back on Monday..can't get anything done with them..please help..thank you Resolution Sought All we wanted was the paperwork faxed to assurant so we can get our refund..called assurant and they still have received nothing and it's been 13 weeks

Company states; Mr. Persutti was fully aware that the cancellation process can take greater than 90 days. They dropped off the necessary cancellation paperwork in October and it was processed electronically November 3, 2021. Performance cannot issue a refund check to Mr. Persutti until we receive a monthly statement and refund from the GAP company Assurant. Mr. Persuttie was issued a refund on December 14, 2021 and the check was returned due to an invalid address. The address was provided by the customer who when called said they do not actually receive mail at that address. Performance received the correct address from Mrs. Persutti and again mailed the refund which cleared our bank on January 5, 2022. The process would have been faster had Performance been provided with a correct address for refund. Please contact Performance with any other questions or concerns. Thank You,
