Returned a rim and did not receive my whole refund they said it was damaged and used which is not true it never got put on the truck because it was the wrong size... I just want my money and the manager /employee Dosha I think her name is there has a bad attitude and bad customer service. Resolution Sought Refund my entire refund please... And train on better customer service.. just don't want this to happen to anyone else.

Hello, We're sorry to hear about your negative experience. You didn't speak to anyone who works here. You spoke to an Amazon representative that contacted us on your behalf. We're sorry about the service you received from Amazon was not good. The item you returned was damaged, and in accordance to our return policy was charged with a restocking fee. We did reach out to you and offer to send the wheel back to you since you paid for it. You did not acknowledge the offer.
