I asked Tracy Thomas, The Mortgage Loan Manager. About a forbearance on my loan, She said, WHAT IS THAT, I said, it is asking you not to put my home in foreclosure, she said,we don't do that. I said, So where do we stand. She said that my loan was already turned over to a Lawyer. I had fallen behind because I had Covid and I also miss work because I have a lot of medical conditions. I have an Enlarged Heart....She is aware of my medical conditions.. On September 20,2022 She ran my debit card without permission. When I called to let her know that I did not have a full week. Could I please pay on Friday September 23. She said, NO. So, She ran it and left me $3.39 and no money for food... my sister called Tracy back, letting Tracy know that she did not have permission to run my card. Tracy and my sister got into it on the phone that did that did not end well, so in October when I called to pay my mortgage I was told I could not pay unless I also had the money for the 2 months I am behind plus the month they refused to let me pay. They said that they wanted $1,084.26 on Friday October 27, 2022...so now My loan is turned over to a Lawyer..my loan was for 7,330 on 2/6/2018. As of today I only owe $3,819.42. I feel Tracy went ahead and turned it over to a Lawyer because it is personal and not business. Remember, she and my sister got into it over my "Debit Card" I think it is not fare to me I have paid over $20,000.00 before the loan of $7,330.00. Resolution Sought I would like for them to work with me. Let finish paying on my loan... And most of all keeping. MY HOME ...I have paid $20,000. it is not fair to loose it for just owing the balance of $3,819.42 my sister even spoke to Rich Voboril, Senior Vice President in Collections Department. My sister told him what Tracy did and he said. We don't keep debit card numbers on file. but he said my Debit card number and my sister caught him. he did not know what to say.......

Timely payment of this loan obligation has been a matter of concern for much of the life of this note. We have tried to provide relief to the customer and his obligation to pay this consumer note through deferral of payments and have requested on a few occasions that legal actions by our attorney be withheld due to promises that payments would be made. These efforts have resulted in no long-term resolution or plan that is being adhered to. We have exhausted our efforts to bring this note current through the normal proceedings of mailed delinquency notices, repeated collection calls by our staff and attorneys' letters. We felt it necessary at this time to proceed through our attorney to finalize these delinquency issues.

I have a manufacturer home that I got a loan through this company for. And for the last 3 years I have paid either weekly or bi weekly. Until last month when I sent a full payment out a few days after my last one was due. It took them all the way until just before or on my due date to say they received my check in the mail. So while trying to get ahead I ended up just paying interest on my loan. This month I did the same thing again but got it certified and when I called to ask about it they first said they didn't receive it once I told them I had it certified. They said when did it get delivered I told them today. They then proceeded to tell me that they hadn't picked it up yet but when I told them that they did that someone had to sign for it, it just appears on the receptionist desk. I don't know how much money I have lost from them holding my checks but I do have a feeling that this is how they are treating all their clients. I had also figured that with how I was paying and paying ahead or so I thought my home should have been paid off instead I still owe 6000 and the original loan was 8500. Its been 3 years of payments and I'm just worried that if they are doing this to me how many others are suffering too that can barely afford to pay extra like myself. Oh lastly when I asked about selling my home early they said they don't work with me they work with the park my home is located in. Resolution Sought I'd like an investigation so you can see for yourself that they are literally robbing their clients. I just want what I should have paid on my home to be what I actually should be at if they hadn't held all my checks to gain all the interest please.
