The service advisors and service manager are horrible. They don't communicate unless called multiple times. They string u along and go slow as evet if using an extended warranty. We have had our van in their service department for over a week now and no repairs have been completed. Resolution Sought Complete the repairs. Communicate. Give us compensation for the tests that were run and have better compensation. Also fire their service manager.

I bought my 2018 Honda accord from performance Honda in Fairfield Ohio: since February of 2023 my car has gone into limp mode making the vehicle unsafe and unable to drive. When this happened in February Honda told me they couldn't do anything if no codes showed up. After a few days the car started driving fine. I'm May of 2023 the cat went into limp mode again, a mechanic scanned my car and code P096 showed up on my car so I had my car towed to performance Honda from Sardinia Ohio to Fairfield Ohio. The dealership unhooked my battery and said the only issue they found was my vehicle needed transmission fluid so I had to pay $204 for that. After picking my car up the next day it went into limo mode while driving on the highway AGAIN with my son in the car. Took back to Honda, they had it and said no codes showed up. Got my car back again and two days later the car went into limp mode while crossing 32 intersection and Josh the mechanic at Honda came to look at the car. Suggested I drive the car back to Honda and get a third rental vehicle. While driving vehicle to Honda the car started stuttering again with engine light flashing. Honda pulled three codes this time which said it's causing the cat to misfire. They've had my car since June 20th, and refuse to fix the car stating they don't know what the issue is with the misfire. I have videos of my car going into limp mode, I've given codes and they've gotten the codes on their scanner. Still won't fix my car!!! Resolution Sought I'd like my vehicle fixed since it's still under warranty or I'd like my car replaced with a reliable vehicle with my car being traded in on behalf of performance Honda. I'd also like reimbursed for the money I have spent on paying for the vehicle so far I need a vehicle that is safe for my son and I do be in and for myself to drive and the 2018 Honda accord I'm currently paying on, IS NOT SAFE AT ALL.
