Perma-Seal complaints

Perma-seal is a rip off company that takes advantage of people. They come to your house and give you a quote. They tell you a little bit of what they are going to do to complete the job,then they give you a contract and then they wait over a month to complete the job but ask for a deposit right away. Now, once they come to complete the job is nothing like they said the workers wanted to tear up my whole house just to put in a little system for a line of water now remind you the contractor that came out first his name is Nicholas he just said they were going to remove 3 steps and a toilet and they would put the toilet back once the job is complete however that we would have to get the stairs fix ourselves which we were find with. The actual 4 workers that were to do the job was confused for why Nicholas wanted to tear out the toilet and didn't understand why he had that down and also only had the stairs the workers explained differently they wanted to tear out my stairs, my living room closet floor,dry wall in the closet,my living room dry wall, my living room floor,my bed room floor,my bedroom closet and my laundry area all these areas they wanted to tear up and not only that remove my washer and dryer also wanted me to sign a waiver if they removed it they not responsible if it don't work again on top of this after they tear up the place they say they don't replace it.per the works the contract was so mess up they could not complete the job. Now permaseal refuse to refund . Resolution Sought Due to permaseal error and inconsistent to the contract and lack of knowledge of what really had to be done. I would like a refund it is only right for our deposit of a thousand dollars be refunded back to us .Me and my 73 year old trusted permaseal to do a job .My mother is on a fix income and they lied and trick us into signing a contract by telling us a couple of things will need to be tore up not the entire house and we will be responsible for having it fix .
