I contracted with Perm-Seal to stabilize and lift backyard patio. When they first came out to complete the job the equipment failed and the work had to be postponed. The person who was here told me he would take pictures and show me the work he had done but he left without doing that. The poly foam had leaked onto the concrete and was not cleaned up. I called the company to express my concerns several times but was told a text relaying my concerns would be to the appropriate department to return my call but I never received a call. I did receive a text for rescheduling but no one ever called to address my concerns. Finally I Called Jacob who sold me the contract who said he would be my contact and he would check into it and call me back on Tuesday. Jacob called on Tuesday 06/29/21 which was my scheduled return date and said the problem would be taken care of but probably the work would not be done on that day due to the rain. Well the workers showed up 2 hours later to complete the work. I had inspected the work and it seemed ok. Finally I received a call from Dan who said he was the project manager and if there were any concerns call him. He gave me his cell number and I told him I would call him in a couple of days if there were any problems. When I inspected the patio the next day the poly foam had leaked onto the concrete and the caulk line had disappeared. Also crack in concrete larger than before. Dan and Jacob have ignored my calls. Resolution Sought I want the poly foam removed from my patio. I want the caulk line visible and I want the crack repaired.
