My cat has been sick since using this product

I bought flea and tick ointment for my cat. With in minutes her skin was a mess and she was twitching excessively. She has been sick all day and in pain. I've read numerous negative complaints on this company and their products since realizing she wasn't well. Take the products off the shelves. I used sergeants silver
