Went to Perry's Auction in Lockport New York May 21 2022, bought Can-Am motorcycle. Before I purchased it I asked if it was semi automatic where you shift gears. They told me it is automatic, so that's why I purchased it because they told me it was automatic no gear shifting. It was 10,500 and you have to pay the 13 and I had it delivered to a friends house I asked the tow truck guy to see if it was automatic to ride it he took it down the road and he to shift gears they mislead me telling me its automatic I even have it on paper that says automatic transmission I would of not bought the bike if it was semi automatic I called John the Auction guy he swore it was automatic and came to my friends to prove it and he was wrong this was a repo bike they said I would get a title with it at the Auction witch John says I'm not getting on that I need to put Insurance on it and I will get a Garagemans lien not a title. please help me with this situation Resolution Sought Refund my money and take the bike back to them which I paid $120 for the towing fee
