Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

This company only exists as opportunists and predators. They do not verify debts; they violate the fair debt collection practices act every chance that they get; they buy old debt (sometimes not even valid debt) from shady businesses like Providian credit card company (which was also sued out of existence), and then, try and burden innocent people with fraudulent lawsuits and malicious "dings" on their credit report. Some of their "legal practices" include: 1) not verifying or providing verification of a debt; 2) stealing social security nos. (I was a victim of id theft by one of their accountant associates (Dulcea Alvarez), 2) exceeding the statute of limitations of 5 years as set by the fdcpa; 3) keeping cases open even when judges tell them to dismiss bogus lawsuits! Their two top attorneys should be disbarred; they are luis p. Duenas, esq. (A very good liar) and edit alexandryan (who, is most definitely a greedy shark). These attorneys do not respond to discovery; they steal retirement funds; they are heinous predators. Persolve llc is a company that should be dissolved by the feds. Be forewarned about any association with them! Resolution Sought I would like to be refunded the money they stole from my US BANK ACCOUNT on 2-18-2020, a total of $3,000.00 plus litigation costs of $25,000.00
