PERSOLVE, LLC is a haven for fraudsters who say they are legitimate debt collectors -- when, indeed, they are just evil opportunists who do no verify debts, do not comply with Fair Debt Collection Practices (as required by law), and are heartless destroyers of the financial health of innocent victims. They deal in trickery and intimidation. Even my Bank, US Bank, refunded the money they stole from my Bank Account by an illegal levy. They are a team of thieves: Gregg Straub, President, Victor Epps. Corporate Officer, Luis Duenas, III, their mercenary attorney who alleges that he is a Good Catholic Boy! Well, someone ought to tell him that Greed is one of The Seven Deadly Sins!

Persolve LLC with their shady attorney, Edit Alexandria, is responsible for filing numerous collection lawsuits with the intention of intimidating people to settle before trial. Most people run away from a "Summons" afraid that they can't win, don't have the money to hire a lawyer and just ignore it. BIG MISTAKE!! That's what Persolve WANTS! They want to win by default -- hoping you do NOTHING!! This is a 3rd party debt collector which means they have purchased a bad debt from other collection agencies before them. The problem for them, is that they buy these debts in BULK - 1,000's at a time - and your particular account number is NOT part of these purchase agreements, so they cannot prove in court that they have any legal right or ownership to collect this debt!!!!! I just want through the entire process of being sued - and winning my case!! After searching for numerous attorney's -- all of which were too expensive -- I found Atty Adam Hollander-Urbach on Avvo .com or a google search -- but needless to say he was AMAZING and 1/2 the price of other attorney's. This guy is not into BS or making money off you!!! He won my case and won my filing costs back, along with money for himself!!! MAKE Persolve start PAYING you to take you to court and lose!!!! We'll put them and their shady practices out of business in no time!!!
