Approximately on August 17 I called the company to place an order from a magazine I received that said 40 off. There was a coupon attached to the back of the catalog that said 40 off your order and it gave a code to give when I called and gave my order, they did not give me the 40 off they said the 40 off was already in the items in the book they were already discounted, I asked to speak to a manager and I said that was false advertising because you gave a coupon it's at 40 off your order it did not say in the catalog that the items were already 40 off it just said you got 40 off. At that time the manager said he would give me an additional 10. I said no it says 40 then he said he would give me free shipping. I said no I said that's not what this says. I know the amount is very minimal, but at this point it's the principal of the thing that they advertise 40 off and there was a coupon on the back of the book it said 40 off. Resolution Sought I would like personal creations to give me my order for 40 off the price in the book that they said is already discounted.

I ordered an item from merchant and it became loss. I reached out and asked them to look at the website and view my package. They refused to let me speak with a lead or supervisor. Resolution Sought Refund my money or locate my order.
