This vendor uses one's credit card information from a valid purchase to sign 1 up for a free membership. Then this information is used to auto enroll 1 in an annual $260+ membership. Direct withdrawal from card without approval. Over & over when contacted the vendor had great care personnel; who may refund money when the annual auto renew is up again. I asked if I could cancel all auto renewals going forward forever, in case I miss the date/ comm lines down, and simply get a refund on the cancellation date. I cannot per cs. Only changes around annual membership renewal dates involving refunds are sop. * Proof of 1's enrollment should be required, approval perhaps? Resolution Sought No action required beyond compiling a list of this vendor's activity with customer credit card information & debating if further is just. This vendor's actions are similar to Enzite. Only this vendor sends nothing. Thank You
