Spoke with their corporate office to address concerns of why they had my port in the back of their store near the managers office, did not contact us and after I contacted their Corp office they called my wife speaking crazy to her about not to bring in our other pets. No explanation was given and I have attempted to contact the Corp ceo with no resolutions. Resolution Sought Own up to their Corp policies concerning employees attitudes towards customers and to give explanation as to why my dog was not in the kennel area where others were kept and blew smoke screen to avoid why they didn't contact us once she was finished grooming.

Petco store # 02512. On Friday 9/20, I entered the store and encountered most of the animals they have at the store drinking water viciously. The most concerning part was the small animals' area - Ferrets, Guinea pigs, hamsters, and mice had no food in their cages and showed poor hygiene. All the cages were filthy, and the worst one was the ferrets, where the poor animals had barely any water left and feces all over their caged . The animals looked very emaciated and had bugs on them. Several employees at the store all minding their own businesses on their phones passing by the area without a care for the animals they have at their care. Resolution Sought I would request the store is closed but we can't all have wishful thinking but at least an inspection to go over their policies for the live animals they have at the store and provide the animals a better care or have them removed from the store.
