The general manager at this store continues to block my access to the PETCO App such that I cannot see or make appointments for grooming through the app. I have requested that it be removed several times and the general manager places the block again and again. It impacts my ability to book appointments with other stores. There is no valid reason for this action. The general managers name is rob. Resolution Sought Stop putting the block on my account.
