My dog was attacked in the grooming salon at Petco February 10th 2024. I have not yet received a incident report I have requested on February 10th and my dog requires surgery and Petco they're not paying for it. Resolution Sought 6000 or pay for the surgery.

My dog received his vaccinations at the Petco location in Falls Church, VA. He had a reaction the very next day. I called the number on his paperwork that stated to call if animal was having a reaction. There was a recording saying to take animal to emergency vet. I spoke to a representative to confirm I would be reimbursed for the emergency vet visit. I was told I would be. That was February 2nd and the amount was $321.97. I sent the invoice along with the summary and again spoke to a representative to confirm I would be reimbursed the full amount. I received a check in the mail for $160.99. I called the same number from before and the representative stated there weren't any notes on my account and she would need to send this to a different department. No one has any answers, the customer service is non existent and the representatives are extremely rude. I feel scammed and have lost money. Resolution Sought I would like a full refund for all of my services at this point. After this experience, I will never go to another petco or vetco. There is a complete lack of care and respect for their customers.
