I DONOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

I ordered a Bark Deterrant Device and paid for it immediately. 3 days later I sent a letter asking for a tracking number. 24 hours later they sent me a tracking number from 12 hours previous. I checked and it had not even been picked up yet. I wrote and they sent me back the information the next day but all it showed was that it picked up. Because I had gotten nowhere I asked for a refund. I was told if I did not receive this they would send me another. After 12 days I wrote here to get resolution. Every day, I got advertising from this company but it always took 36-48 hours for response thru email. Today after 15 days I received this product. What I received is the exact same item I could have bough on Amazon for 50% less and I would not have had too pay shipping. I will never buy from PetGentle again. Now I know they overcharge and Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired.
