I have a contract with Petro oil company for the service and oil delivery . This year the contact renewal fee doubled 100 on the price . In addition they were charging me over one dollar extra whatever the current price goes per gallon on the heating oil . When I called Petro to discuss the overcharged the manager by name Danny Kazanowitz said that because I am their customer they have a rights to charge me whatever they want to make enough profit them self . I am using heating oil for 20 years and I have never been overcharged by any other company and when I made the purchase of more than 100 gallons there is big discount from any company. I am requesting to be reimbursed for the over charge from November 28th, 2021 and 1/22/22 delivery and I want to get back my money for the contract renewal from 12/30/31 which I had paid on the beginning of January 2022. The whole amount comes up to $800.00 . Resolution Sought I need to be reimbursed for breaking the contract and be reimbursed for any overcharge on the oil delivery from 11/28/21 and 1/22/22 which comes up to $800 .
