We paid for a monument for my husband's grave site in February 2023 initially I was told that the monument would be installed in June then they pushed it to August and now when I talk with them they said when we hear something we'll let you know that's not acceptable to us they made us pay it in full in order for us to process the order and now they're not even working with me in any sense I need your help thank you Resolution Sought My desired outcome is to get the stone placed on my husband's grave like I was told that would be back in June and now they're not even willing to talk with me other than to say when we hear something we'll let you know
