This company offers a lunch combination at certain times but every time I try to order it they tell me it's not available

This company offers a lunch combination at certain times but every time I try to order it they tell me it's not available the special is posted on their menus and their website but they always come up with an excuse on why I can't have it. I would like them to give me the deal that they offer and stop advertising falsely.
