This tow company came to tow my car after my insurance sent them I told the driver give me two minutes my house is around the corner I forgot my keys he said at first he would start hooking the car up than he said that the car is front wheel drive and didn't need the keys took him at his word cause that's the business they are in. We got to my house he had a hard time getting the car off the flatbed. So than I had my car towed to Tony's Auto Repair they called me said I need a engine I said ok But there was another problem my lower arm on my suspension was messed up and they said they know I couldn't have done that cause the tires were not moved and I couldn't drive it like that so they said they could not get to it for 6 months so I had it towed to a place that could replace the engine faster and they said the same thing. Even the tow truck driver from the same company said he knew exactly what happened that he hooked it up and drug my car onto the flat bed and screwed my suspension arms up I tried calling them they tell me to email them I have tried way over 100 time and they will not get back to me I have pics of the arm and the receipt of what I paid. They will not respond to any of my many emails Resolution Sought I would like them to pay for their mistakes. I should not have to have paid for this since it was their fault.
