Phhmortgage and I agreed to not except a modification for reasons of a settlement of 80.000 from the sell of the home Mr. Nisar Chadneger I ask for a letter to be printed out stating the matter phhmortgage agreed and received the letter and email in two weeks that was it would be two days they sent letter to me and my realtor. Who was to respond with the information needed to show the funds in escrow for the selling of the home with 90days to show proof of the funds we received the settlement letter on 10/5/2023 then on 10/11./2023 they entered into a for closure proceed ing and stated the date of for closure on 11/16/2023 I fell they had no intention on helping me with this matter so that my family and I would loose our home and become homeless. If had any thought they would done this I would have expected the modification please Help my family with this unethical matter! My name is Mrs. Glinda Davis address 4769 Gilbert Rd this is a short version of the matter after phhmortgage mortgage had appraisal done on the 10/8/2023 of the home which is in very good condition afterwards I suppose phhmortgage decided not to honor their agreement I AM so stressed at this time please Help me to keep my home. Resolution Sought My desired out come is give more time for the closing time for the home and entertain the matter of the settlement of 80.000 and STOP the Foreclose process immediately until sell date.

They are telling me I am behind on my mortgage witch I am not. I ask them to show me were i am behind at. They said i owe for September I got all my bank statement. Resolution Sought Get it right and stop lying to me.
