I was presently on an program my check came late so I missed one payment and they would not give me an budget I applied for CRP they keep giving me the run arounds can you help me. I always paid my bill late but never not pay I am disabled and they won't put me on no programs Resolution Sought Just put me back on the budget agreement

I'm the new tenant I payed 125 months ago to have gas switched over in my name and I sent them my lease with the landlord on the phone ect and this was after they said my lease was invalid and..it's been like 5 weeks and not no where close cut. I have low income on ssdi and it's getting cold and no hot water thanks free. Resolution Sought I would want then to turn on gas and put it in my name.
