Scammers
My aunt used them Beliving tgey would help her. She is up in age and they said what she needed to hear. "WE CAN HELP YOU" And needing help, she believed them. After finding out the situation and stepping in to speak to them myself, I can hear the slick speech and confusing lingo they probably used to get her to sign up fir their services, which in my opinion should ve illegal. It makes me wonder reading these other reviews if a CLASS ACTION SUIT should be brought against them. If anyone is leaning in that direction, please let me know through this review. I pray you all get your money back or some sort of retribution from these scammers.

Pure robbery!!
I spent around 48 months paying this company month in month out to settle debt on my behalf. I originally had been given a login to a payment portal where I could view where money was being spend. However, shortly after I could not get into my account and when I asked be unlocked I was given no real instructions on how to get back into my account.Long story short ,I had to call in every month to find out what was be settled and what was not. Finally,I had gotten down to one last debt to settle.Time when on and one.I would call and call and they would say there is no offer on the table so kept calling. The people that they employ to answer the phone are purely under paid gate keepers. They can't do anything to help you in any way other that tell you a bunch of crap to get you off the phone.Long story short I had arrived at the point where I had satisfied my contractual agreement.Thousands of dollars later, I decided that I was done.I wanted what was left in the account and was told it was to sum 3200 this was mid November of 2023.They told me….we have to do an audit and that it would take 4 weeks.I called back and they told me it would be electronically deposited into your bank account the 15th of Jan.Its almost April and nothing.I have literally begged them for my money emphasizing MY! They are probably just going to try and keep it. I won't stop until I get my money. My fault for not reading the terrible reviews that this company has.I WANT MY MONEY!!!!
