I dropped my Buick off at the dealership on the 6th of January it was a Sunday Monday morning I called told him what was going on that I drove it over there but it's running real bad. They said they were going to run a diagnostic on it and let me know they did that they called me back told me the amount it was going to be $2,400 I told him I cannot afford $2,400 is there anything on the list that could be taken off that's not going to affect the way the car runs they said yes two things they took off they told me $1,200 then I said okay do it okay so they do it then they call me back and say they needed admission switch sensor that it wasn't turning on I said okay don't go over 1400 1200 to 1400 so he did say nothing he said okay they call me back about a week or so after that now I need the firing something both things are firing but it's not making the connection so they need to order another part $300 I said okay they said they're not going to charge me no labor I said okay get that part in I was thinking they would call me this morning to pick up my car no it needs another part now $600 and I have to have it there because they have to set it that's the right word to you said I don't know but I'm really at my wits ends it's been 6 weeks my car has been over there and and every week is something new to get the bill back up to 2400 the first tried to tell me this morning it was $3,500 I said no way considering the time that my car has been over there and everything else I Resolution Sought Put the $600 part on my car cabulated or whatever it is and let me have my car back for $1,800 it's ridiculous to have your car held up for 6 to 8 weeks mister

After further investigation, the customer picked up her vehicle months ago. The total repair was actually less than the customer expected, and was happy when she picked up her vehicle.
