I purchased a used Kia Soul 2017 with 13,000 miles from Phillips Buick gmc. I was told I was the second owner. I did not get a carfax print out. My car was on a possible recall for engine problems, that was undisclosed to me. I purchased CNA National insurance. After 7000 miles my engine locked and starter disintegrated. I had terrible trouble getting this matter handled. Phillips salesman and manager sold me a car thinking it was on a class action suit, without telling me, which is illegal. I have had to replace brakes, rotors, tires and alternator on this vehicle, that I would not have bought had I known I was the fourth owner,, not the second, and it had know engine issues. I want them to reimburse me for the car, the payments, and all my out of pocket costs. Resolution Sought Reimburse me for this vehicle and take it back. It has proven to be unsafe. My tire nearly burst. I do not know what I will have to pay for next, as the engine being out in is not new.
