Treat tenants with just a little respect.

Complete slumlords!! Safe and habitable "living conditions, have not been provided. Treat tenants with just a little respect. This business is textbook definition of slumlords. They harass, and threaten their tenants, meanwhile not creating a safe environment (roaches, mold, no air conditioning, horrible plumbing) and do not fix anything.
