Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I placed 2 online purchases with philosophy. The 1st on 5/1/22 for phys 0463109 hyaloric glow for 41.44. The 2nd on 7/1/22 for hydra bounce eye gel. I didn't start using right away. When i started using them the dried my face out like sandpaper and all red. I called on november 28, 2022 and talked to a jasmine who talked to her supervisor and said i would receive my credit back to my cc. I never received it so called on dec 4 and talked to alyssa the supervisor. She said i would be receiving it and promised. I didn't. I talked to alyssa on dec 6, 7, 8 and said it dropped off and she would take care of it. I talked to alyssa on dec 12 who said i would get it that day. I didn't so i called on dec 13 and promised i would have it 1 to 2 days. Didn't get. She then said she couldn't put it through because of date of put when she knew that from the beginning and said 2 options. Paypal which i don't use or a check mailed in 6 to 8 weeks which is a long time after promising me many times i would get it. I am disabled and need that money back on my cc as i don't get a lot of money. She knew i didn't start using right away and kept promising i would have the 41.44 and the 20.54 for a total of 61.98. I want that applied back to my cc asap being on a disability and needing the money back after their products ruined my face. A promise is a promise and she promised 6 to 7 times. I'm just getting excuses. Please helo me. Resolution Sought REFUND MY MONEY BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD ASAP.
