Patrick, the owner, was hired to stucco a large box attached to the outside of house. He looked at the house before hand & saw that the bottom of house was stucco. He said he could stucco it. TwoMexican men came to do it, who didn't speak English, & hard to communicate with. When they finished it was not stucco just cement. Patrick told me I had to paint it white along with the grey cement they got on the side of the house. My son in law called him & asked what he was going to do about it. He said he would send out a mason from Boston to do it. We waited but nothing. He was not returning phone calls, & since then all the cement is cracking & falling off! I finally got in touch with him & told him it had gone on long enough & needed to be finished by the Winter, if he couldn't' get the man out here by Wednesday I would have to take other options. He started yelling & screaming at me , saying you can't call here & threaten me. I told him I wasn't threating him but he just wouldn't listen, just kept yelling & screaming & then just hung up on me. I also gave them extra shingles I had left over for the roof, extra material for trim & a large piece of plywood they could use, which they did for free. Now I have to pay someone else to come & break all that cement off & do the work that was promised to me but never done. Thank you for any help you can give me.
