This company came & moved me from my old apt on Diamond to our new one on Lantern. In the process of moving they dropped my dresser & shattered the leg. The owner was called & he said that he would have it fixed. He had a guy that worked out of the company where I got my furniture. Now he's saying he didn't say anything. He told me he was coming over to fix my dresser & he never showed up. My chest has multiple scratches on it. My box springs are ripped. I paid them $386.10 believing he would do as he said to no avail. Now I'm getting the run around about my furniture. Resolution Sought I would like my furniture fixed or my moving money back to offset the repairs I'm having to do myself. I'm having to pay for the parts & repair tech. I will not give them 1 star They have no integrity.

Ms. Murphy hired us to complete a move from one location to the next. I'm unsure of the small details my office handles all of that. I was informed about the leg at the time of the accident which is company policy. Mrs Murphy was also advised. It was told to her that if it was unrepairable I had a friend who OWNED a furniture store and could order the part. NO RELATION TO 'TUCKERS FURNITURE' which is where she purchased the items. She told us to hold off as she wanted to see if she could get a replacement from Tuckers. Mrs Murphy ordered the part along with extra handles. Handles we did not damage or agree to replace. I Noah Johnson paid for those items in the amount of $98.00. Upon arriving at her home it was evident she had ordered the wrong leg or Tuckers had given her the wrong leg. At any rate she proceeded to tell me how we damaged not one not two but ALL of her furniture. A very convenient statement. I told her if she had an issue we could start an insurance claim. Upon hearing the deductible is split between me and my clients she refused such route. She has since been harassing me and my office daily. I refuse to help her any more and will not be contacting her.
