Phoenix parking solutions lost the key fob to my vehicle. Jeff and the claims department both agreed to reimburse me the cost for the key fob charge. Which is a total of $681.42. $494.42 was reimbursed but they did not give the $187 for programming and labor on bmws end for the key fob. I have the receipt and the email stating the company would pay for it. They are also very good at not responding. Resolution Sought Pay the remaining $187 as they promised
