Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Customer Complaint

Two camera were installed on the front and back of my townhome. The front camera does not work and have contacted customer service several times with no resolution. Resolution Sought Reimbursement or replace the camera

It appears the customer did an ADC inquiry on 11/17/21 at 5:33pm. Rick in Customer Care called her back on 11/18/21 to try to walk her through some troubleshooting. The customer was not home and advised she would call back. The customer placed a call into Customer Care on 1/6/22 stating she needed assistance with her camera but she still was not home. She advised Robb that she would be home on 1/17/22 and would call back for assistance. I will call the customer and see how she would like to proceed with the camera issue. I will keep you all updated. Customer has an appointment on 3/7 to resolve. Thanks
