Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Called what I thought was T-Mobile customer service and the people that answered told me they were gonna help, took my information including checking account routing and account # ....gave me a ref# then hung up on me. I called back many times and each time they hung up on me and one guy called me names & said f*** me I only have a phone # for them (877-741-0909 they said the call would be recorded for better customer service...ect Resolution Sought Not charge me anything for anything.

I kept getting call constantly I ask to be removed I block them they keep calling. Resolution Sought Stop calling remove me from their calling list.
