My vehicle was listed as a recall took it Springfield and piazza Volkswagen and both shops took advantage of us resulting in my vehicle not operating at all after driving it in to them to resolve the issue Springfield got paid for a labor that they did not attempt to do the work and then after making a complaint to the NHTSA The agent made an appointment at piazza they had our vehicle overnight resulting in our vehicle not operating at all after driving it in to them. They stole a part or parts that allowed the shift selector to disengage from Park into gears .When the vehicle was picked up instead of being in park the tech pulled it up left it in drive with the emergency parking brake up?My thoughts why not put it in park? If it was to be put in park we would not have been able to drive off. Resolution Sought I would like for them to be honest and stand on integrity and repair what wasn't broken in the first place and fix the recall completely.
