We went to Picasso imports had asked several times the car is 10 years old 2013 Hyundai Azera had any front end damage. I had given her $1000 down After had car 1 week the steering wheel would pop and was very loose there was a light that would stay on low tire front and then back driver side. We Google it followed instructions. I asked for my money back. Mr. Brooks and myself were still getting letters saying we were not approved for loan after signing all papers. I asked Lilly for my money back she refused letting her know that we got letters saying we were not approved. We had been driving for a little over 2 weeks the popping in steering wheel got so loud . We parked car didn't feel safe Mr Brooks we were on Benford and Keystone car just shut off in middle of street. There was no lights nothing thanks to the officer who stopped had car towed. Called the supposed finance company Portfolio Services. They didn't seem like they had clue Mr Brooks and myself had received another letter saying we were not approved. I called Lilly asked her to send a tow truck. She said she didn't want it back. Calling both car lot and finance company to give them location of where car was towed. Stuck with car and tow bill we were not approved. Resolution Sought Have it removed from my credit report 1/2 my money back.
