I purchased glasses on 9/19/23. Since purchasing them they have came lose and broke just within the short time window of 12/14/23 which I brought them back to see what could be done. The lady working the glass side was very rude. Saying I had to pay another $50 just for the same frames. And that was the warranty. Most warranties come with a 1 year warranty. I looked up the company which I also emailed and please find attached on their website. The frames clearly is a manufacture defect or something. Since they have fallen apart within such a short time window. I have failed to be able to reach Michael kors to which I'm Still trying. Resolution Sought I am without glasses. I need a new frame and them fixed. That's alot of money to pay for them to break so easily. Several trips to the advanced auto and for them not to acknowledge. I want a refund or a new set of frames. Not the same. Preferably so I don't have this problem again.
