Just want to complain that they didn't remove snow Saturday or Sunday as they told me. They didn't do a good job and I told them. They turned around and said I was slandering which is not true. Igot stuck in driveway and has to call a tow truck to get me out of driveway. Resolution Sought Just want his company to know that they need to fix their work when they do it wrong

I apologize that you had a bad experience . Picture Perfect Property Maintenance LLC prides ourselfs on completing quality services. We offered PLOW services to this customer. We don"t offer shoveling for full driveways. IF there are vehicles in the driveway they need to be removed out of the driveway before services. This customer requested that we call or text 15 minutes before arrival. We did this and there was no answer, we stayed at her residence and cleared the steps and pathway to steps, plowed from the vehicle back to street. Yes, We couldn't get to the snow in front of vehicle and the garage. When customer called us back hours later and said why didn't we plow in front of the car I stated we couldn't get in there and we tried to text you, she stated she was sleeping. We received 20 inches of snow in areas and we have many clients that we needed to get to and can't monitor one driveway all night . We have programs and time stamped logs of when we were at the residence and work before and after. Not just pictures of a 20 inch storm and the middle of storm pictures. Yes, we were in driveways a few times this week of the storm.
