Did not notify me he wasn't coming until Sunday when I had to call him 3 x before he responded!!

I am just reporting that this business did not plow snow on 1/13/24 and 1/14/24 as owner had promised. Did not notify me he wasn't coming until Sunday when I had to call him 3 x before he responded. He was yelling at me saying that he couldn't get around cars but there was at least 15 feet between cars where company could have shoveled. I had to call a tow truck to get my car out of snow and I had to find someone else to assist with driveway. I also had told owner that my dad was disabled and had a hard time walking but they didn't bother to come. I told him I would post about the service I received and now he is telling me that his attorney will contact me for defamation? I only posted the truth about the service. Please assist me with this business please. I just want this owner to understand what he did. Thank you!
