I bought a 2015 ford edge in sept of 2019 and bought gap Insurance for 895.00 I traded it in August of 2023 which I was told I would get a refund . I went to Harris ford in Lynnwood and finally found someone to help me file a claim to get my refund, the gentleman Steven Huner filed my paper work on 2/29/24 and told me it would be 4-6 weeks for my refund as of 4/19/24 I texted him for help because I have not received my refund what do I do now. Resolution Sought I just want my refund. I bought it at the time in good faith now I feel no o e cares.
