They advertise mail will be sent out within 24hrs and you can send u limited letters, photos, etc, but the reality is letters take well over a week just fo get sent out and the photos, well no way your inmate will get them in anything less than two weeks but its usually three or more. You can't send second letter until first is delivered so it's not unlimited, really it's two maybe three letters u can send within a month and us mail is waaaay faster. Resolution Sought I have paid $5 a month for a long time so id like a few months free now but mostly I want them to do what they say they will do- get our mail and photos shipped out within 24 hrs like they say. I sent two measley photos, they have been sitting in processing for 12 days now, still not even on their way to inmate!!!! I should be refunded for all this.

Pigeonly removed $39.99 9 times in 14 days without my knowledge or consent in Dec 2021. I filed with Attorney General ( file # BCP-22-05-007018) in March of 2022, I'd spoken to several people who said it would be put back in my bank in 10 days, I closed debit card Dec 16,21 due to bank fraud, I called every 10 days for over few month, I spoke with Phil, Kate, Rachel n Ann n I'm still waiting for the rest of my cash to be returned. My bank pd 8 of the 9 charges but I am still owed for 1 pmt n the cash I had to borrow to keep my n family's phone service on, they were given 21days to respond to AG n thats when bank pd $319.92. I want pd back for my inconveniences to borrow money to keep phone service bc I had to pay other bills, I borrow 70. From sister to have service restored n my son put 200. on the phone service so it wouldn't be turned off again. I pd insufficient fees n I have not heard back from them in over a month. They said I subscribed to them on April 8th for friend in Northern Regional Jail n thats not true, sent him $$ in Dec 4th 21 n they robbed me starting on Dec 5th 21. I am tryn be patient about it but I just want what was mine n I ain't gettin no where. Theres just not enough room on here for everything but I was broke down in WV 1st time phone service was suspended n I was broke due to Pigeonly n sat in motel lobby waiting for my granddaughter from ky to get us. I asked to speak w general management at Pigeonly only to be told no they are takin care of this Resolution Sought I just want my $$ back that was wrongly removed from my account n I believe they should pay for my n my family's phone services being disrupted. It's been over 6 months n I still am not completely pd back yet, I have no affiliation with this company n never have n I didn't ever start a subscription either, friend wasn't even in jail April 8, 2019 as they tried to tell me. I don't think this is fair that I half to beg them to return cash that shoulda never left my account
