Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. On October 12, 2023, I called Pike Insurance Company ( i.e. Travis McMillion) insurance for my business Hackett Enterprises LLC. I explain what my company needed doing work in Delaware. Not knowing what we needed I asked him which he said General Liability was what we needed. I was trying to obtain a State business license I couldn't find Pike Insurance Co., on their list . I called the number on the application finding out we needed Workers Compensation insurance not General Liability. I immediately text Mr. McMillion explaining my situation and stated that if he's not able to transfer the policy to please cancel and provide a refund. Mr. McMillion said via text he can transfer and he's not able to provide a refund. In my 69 years being on this earth I've never had an insurance company say they can't refund the funds, if cancellation is requested within 3-5 business days of opening a policy. Resolution Sought My desired outcome is to obtain a refund of $556.02, exactly what I paid for the policy. No more and no less!
