This "company" started doing the flooring for our home on the condition of a 2-3 day job. They then kept lengthening the job until it was 2 weeks past the original end date siting "other jobs" taking precedence over ours. Then told us numerous times they would take money off the bill and it would reflect on the invoice. After sending an email on a Wednesday stating they would be back Saturday to finish the job completely with a "whole crew" followed by them blocking our phone calls texts and emails. Then they stopped showing up all together. They started to process a refund through PayPal to shut us up and before it went through they pulled it back and kept all the money. Resolution Sought We want a refund since we have hire someone to finish the work and correct the work they screwed up.
